Agent Expenses Per Year

*Assumes 5 listings and 5 purchases per year for a total volume of $3,500,000. Each listing is weighed at $150 for photos and $100 for marketing materials. Each purchase is weighed at $100 for gas and miscellaneous expenses. In addition, all Compass transactions assume the same plus $150/month for office, E&O, and additional fees. All Keller Williams transactions assume the same plus a 3% royalty fee and $200/month in office fees, E&O, and additional fees.
